I went to an inn in Saitama prefecture with my friends.
The food here is all handmade, so it’s very delicious.
We cook using vegetables from the fields and food from the mountains, so there are many delicious dishes.
Among them, Kanro-ni of Yamame and sushi of Iwatake were very delicious.
Iwatake seems to grow on the rocky cliffs in the mountains, but I thought it would be very difficult to pick up this ingredient.
The texture was good and it was good for my health, so it was a very satisfying trip.
